Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

pre-workout: 1/2 a luna bar
e: swam laps for an hour (I did 110)
b: breakfast cookie and a protein shake
s: trail mix, leftover mini pizza and Greek yogurt w/ raspberries and stevia (What can I say swimming makes me really hungry)
l: tuna and Swiss on sprouted grain bread
s: carrots, green bell peppers and an apple
d: tofu chorizo and potato tacos
I went to the dr. yesterday and have 5 cavities!!! 5! I didn't think I ate that much sugar! So I'm basically having to completely cut out soda, gum, candy, all sweets and wine. I'm very sad about the wine.
B: 1 scrambled egg with a few slices of pepperjack cheese and a tblsp. of ketchup
L: chicken, pesto, 1 slice provolone cheese, lettuce, spinach and mayo. Basically a sandwich without bread...and it confused the people working in our cafe. They couldn't figure out why I'd order a sandwich without bread.
S: popcorn
E: swimming 30 minutes
E: starting insanity over again tonight.
