Recipe RAVE!
Oh MAMA! To blow up Erin's head even more, I made her Mom's Meatballs & Sauce that she blogged about a while back. It was awesome! I followed the sauce recipe to a T, but adjusted the meatballs a little. I used 1 lb ground beef & 1 lb ground turkey, plus I added a little grated parm and a package of frozen spinach. Super yummy!
