Surprise Birthday BBQ menu - opinions
I am throwing DH a surprise party and am working on the menu. I need to get it figured out so I can do it all without him knowing. Anyways it is a couple of hours after a March of Dimes walk so all of it has to be done ahead of time. There will be about 25 adults and 25 kids. How does this sound? Should I change or add anything?
Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers
Hotdogs
Potato Salad
Texas Beans (like baked beans but has bacon and hamburger in it)
Chips & Cheese Puffs
Veggie Tray
Fruit kabobs
Trail mix on tables (kind of doing a camping theme as DH won't get to go camping this summer)
Cake and ice cream
Pop, juice boxes, water, beer

The only thing I might suggest is a light pasta salad.
Don't forget ketchup, mustard, and relish!
