Charming or ridiculous? (not G&L related)

We're in the process of a major home remodeling.

The Arborist in me loves this, but I know when I'm biased, so I need help. WDYT?

    Yeah, you're absolutely right. It's for the hallway. A small corridor between the living room, kitchen, the half bath, and the basement stairwell.

  • In that case, if your hallway was in earth tones and had some decor that picked up on nature, I think it could look cool.

    Is it going to give you enough light though? The darker glass on it may make it nothing more than a showpiece.

    There is a tiny window and a couple of wall sconces, so I think that will be enough.

    Anyway, thanks for the input... I'm still on the fence about it! Remodeling has us bleeding money as it is....

  • I like it, but it'd depend on the room and overall style of the house.
