As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

l: 1/2 ww pita with tuna, trail mix
s: carrots, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes and an apple
d: Southwestern falafel with avocado spread, sweet potato oven fries.
B - Strawberry yogurt, slice of whole wheat toast with almond butter, french vanilla coffee
L - Leftover chinese food from the other day - fried rice and broccoli with garlic sauce, water
S - Hot cocoa
D - I have some assorted snacks to munch on before class - pretzels, pineapple, almonds and water
E - Nothing today.
