Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

how do you change your tickers now?
I just tried to find it and I have no idea now with the new format changes

Click on your name.
Way over to the right click on settings.
Click on Avatar & Signature. You'll find the signature box at the bottom. You're going to need to use the image source code though.
Click save.
And that's only if it works. Cuz I've tried to change it a bunch of times to no avail.
