XP: Vegetable Lasanga

Does anyone have a recipe for a vegetable lasanga similar to the Stouffer's brand?  It has a white sauce...thats about all I know...lol

I'm in the process of creating the world's longest grocery list so I can start cooking/freezing meals this weekend.  Woooo

Re: XP: Vegetable Lasanga

  • Sooo I have no idea what's in the stouffers one...but I make a spinach/artichoke lasagna with a white sauce.

I actually just use the packets of alfredo that you mix with milk to make the sauce, I sometimes throw in some pesto too.

It's uber yum.  If I had more time on my hands I would just make a standard white sauce instead.

  • I dont know what the stouffer's one is like either, but I make one with butternut squash, sage and a bechamel sauce (I am not fond of pre-made sauces).
