How long will this steak be good?
I bought adam a big sirloin steak monday afternoon, but didn't feel like making it until tonight. Then I found out we'll be having company so I need to make something different (not enough). Do you think it will still be fine tomorrow? It has been refrigerated the whole time and we keep our fridge cold.
I failed at my google attempt, so if anyone can link me to a site that will tell me whether I'll be giving him e coli if I serve it tomorrow, I'll give you $500 nest dollars.
