i have been looking into prenatals. i want to keep them as natural as possible and have been told to avoid soy. i found deva vegan vitamins and they seem pretty good.
any suggestions?

Ditto this. I get them from Whole Foods. They come in a combo pack with DHA vitamins, which my OBGYN said I should take.
can't use those. both contain soy. and the organics w/o soy say to take 2-4 per day. that makes them really pricey.
