Hello from the Philippines..... and I need some ideas!

So my flight and arrival to the Philippines went well and my training class started on Monday. But I'm having a hard time getting through to my students.

The language barrier is not an issue as they to go through a verbal and written assessments in order to be employed here. It's more so the cultural difference, I work for a major American Telecommunications Company and many of the services we sell are services they have never heard of (basic phone features like caller id, call waiting, ect... non-cable tv services)

I need to find a way to make the training more interesting and fun.

So does anyone have any simple teaching games? The easier the better.... even childish games that can be adapted work well out here. We played "Who Am I" today, I used it to demonstrate the importance of asking questions for additional information.
