As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

hy-vee currently has a freezer promotion - http://www.hy-vee.com/company/press-room/promotions/stock-up-freezer-promotion.aspx
someone posted it on facebook and i read their status as you get $200 back in groceries, but it's actually $200 in coupons.
but it might be something to look into, especially if you shop at hyvee a lot and like coupons!
eta: i just looked through their list of coupons, and it does look like most, if not all, of the coupons are to get things free, not just discounted.
Re: s/o deep freeze
This sale always goes over extremely well in stores - it usually ends up with stores begging other stores for more freezers.
All of the coupons are for free items.
