Who's ready for SPRING FLOWERS????

Feast your eyes. If this doesn't get you excited for spring, I don't know what will.

Re: Who's ready for SPRING FLOWERS????

  • Me!  I can't wait for spring!  I already have a "flowers to buy" 2011 list going and I'm excited to see the first blooms on the things I planted last year.  I was looking at the long list of things I planted last year and I realized I planted 102 different species of perennials and shrubs last year!  Some were multiples so there were actually more plants than that.
  • Hyacinths and crocuses are peaking out, even up here in the cold north!  I'm so excited to get dirty!

  • Oh, baby....me! I cannot wait. There are bulbs peeking out here and this month, the garden centers start putting out pansies. Once I can get some pansies in my pots, we are on our way!!
  • our hyacinth and daffodils are coming up.  Happy to see the daffodils are multiplying after just one year.  Tulips are also starting to creep up.  No sign of my peonies though, maybe it is too early.

I bought some bleeding heart and dahlia bulbs to plant next month.

  • I soooo cannot wait here!!!! My tulips are starting to peak from the ground now. We have our Spring Home & Garden show starting next weekend and I just love to go in there and smell all the dirt from the the garden displays. I'm so ready for warm weather and spring time here in Utah.

  • My daffodils have started to bloom, and my tulips are sending up shoots now! I can't wait!!!

    Spring is almost here. YIPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    (can you tell I'm over-excited?)

  • Woot-woot! My hyacinth are starting to bloom, I have one daffodil blooming and all of my lilies are getting their leaves. My hydrangeas are also starting to get leaf sprouts. I love this time of year! My pansies are starting to fade, so now i get to find some more annuals for my pots and my DD's playhouse.
