Perfectly good massage ruined!

So I got a massage at my gym today they had a special thru Groupon! The massage was fine, and felt great. So when it was over she leaves the room, I lay on the table for a minute, get up to get dressed and I'm half dressed when she knocks on the door, I say "just a minute" she goes away, comes back in about 30 seconds knocks again and when I say "just a minute" she comes in and says she has to change the table! UM can I finish getting dressed? I was in my jeans and tank! still had to put on my shirt, and shoes. She just started changing the table, I got dressed and was out of there. I complained to the manager and she said that was very unlike her, but still! I only tipped her $10 b/c I was so annoyed with her behavoir. I get your on a schedule but it was 4:03 I'm sure your other client would wait a few minutes for you to get the room ready. I paid $32 for the groupon, the massage is normal $76 so I gave her a 12% tip...
