Recommend a good resort for a girls trip

This summer I'm planning on going on vacation with my sister who is graduating! I want to go to an all inclusive place just so we don't have to worry about finding a place to eat or the extra spending money for drinks or for food. I want to take her some place warm and with a beach. I know she wants to go to Mexico but I'm open for other ideas.

The only problem I'm running into is that most All-inclusives are for couples only.

Do you have any suggestions about where we could go or stay that wouldn't be too romantic and more fun?

Re: Recommend a good resort for a girls trip

  • Breezes in the Bahamas!

    Love it there

  • Was it really full of couples? I just don't want her to feel weird (Because she isn't there with a boyfriend or husband)  or that it's too romantic.
  • When we went, it was couples, families, but no little kiddies, and groupes of young people

so it was a nice mix

  • I went on a girls' trip to a Riu, once.  It was also a good mix.  Families, couples, groups of friends.  There's a Riu on almost every beach imaginable.  We had a blast and the cost was very reasonable  :)
