I'm going to make this on Wednesday and I'm really excited about it. I thought a few of you might think it sounds good too. I'm going to use low sodium cream of chicken soup.
Creamy Herbed Chicken
4 boneless chicken breast
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
1 envelope garlic and herb pasta sauce mix
1 t dried thyme
1 t dried parsley flakes
Hot cooked fettuccine
-- Place chicken in a 3 qt. slow cooker. Combine the soup, milk, sauce mix, and spices; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees. Serve over fettuccine.
