  • You use berry excited and berry sweet twice.

"We are having a party for someone berry sweet

    Sunday XXXX

    Place XXX

Please come and play on our berry special day!

    With love and Strawberries,

    K"

A few points- 11-2 isn't brunch.  That's lunch.  Also, I'm not a fan of telling people what to wear, especially for a 2 yo bday party,   Yes, I know you are "asking" but people will feel obligated to oblige.

  • Dear Aunt Fran,

I'm sweet as strawberries and turning two

so here's a special party invite from me to you!

    Sunday, April 3rd11AM-2PM

    Nova Terra Restuarent

    New Brunswick, NJ

To help me celebrate my berry sweet day,

please wear red, cream, or green when you come to play!

    With Love and Strawberry Kisses,

    Kimberly

  • Boston's is much cuter.  I stand by my feelings on telling people what to wear though.

I love this.  If you change your mind about asking them to wear certain colors, you can always say something like "We really hope you can come and play!"

  • Is this an email or printed invite? I noticed the Dear ____ and salutation, so I was wondering...My .02 & I do this for a business so I've seen my share of invites! :)I say that you should always lead with the Headline:Kimberly is turning TWO!Please join us for a berry sweet celebration (I typically list the following info in this order what/where/when because we already addressed the who in the headline)Brunch  | Location | Time(You could also add brunch to the above line - "Please join us for a berry sweet celebratory brunch")  I think that the colors thing is up to you but I wouldn't expect adults to do this... Do you want people to RSVP? HTH Have fun!
  • I like Boston's version too!

11-2pm can be considered brunch...at some places brunch lasts until 3pm. Thats the point, it overlaps breakfast and lunch.
