How was your trip?

We had a really nice day First we picked up CA Chicken Grill for lunch which we ate on campus near Lake Alice, then drove around campus, parked and walked around too. Jason's favorite part was walking in the stadium, of course. Then we drove to the Oaks Mall and of course the Rave I worked at is closed up and dead, haha. I wasn't surprised but it was still sad. The drove by my old apt complex and then made our way downtown. Ate at Ichiban Sushi and then had awesome cupcakes at Sarkara Sweets which is across from the Hippodrome. You get to choose your cake, filling, frosting and topping and they build your dream cupcake for you! Kendra, you should check it out when you're there. Headed home after that!

Before I even got to this part I was like 'I have to get one of those cupcakes when I'm there!

Thanks for updating.  I'm glad that you guys had a great trip- such a cute idea.  You should make it a yearly ritual!  I'd love to drag DH to Tallahassee, but it doesn't seem very practical since we don't have any reason to go anywhere near there.
