Is this real life?

I can see my lawn! Am I dreaming? I haven't seen it in months...

Re: Is this real life?

  • Ha!  We've been able to see ours for a few weeks now.  The snow piles are definitely way down in height and have been receding.  And it's warm out again today, yay!  Hopefully we don't get any flooding though.

I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

  • Our sump pump has been running in the basement non-stop for days.

I can't believe you've been able to see your lawn! Yesterday was the first day I could. But it might be because we live on the lake, maybe the snow blows on to our yard a little more.

  • Yesterday was the firs time I've seen my hydrangeas and azaleas since it first started snowing!  And we can see a good portion of our grass too.  I love it!

  • We've been able to see a little bit of grass as well! I think my crocuses are starting to come up in the garden so thats exciting too!

The only bad thing about all this snow melting is that its starting to flood our basement... we've never had water down there. Boooo.

    Anniversary
