that after working out some nights I feel more fat than I did than before I worked out? It's so depressing and frustrating
*sigh* I'm trying really hard to stay motivated, because even though we are 2 weeks in I've lost about 7-8 lbs depending on when I weigh myself haha. I know I can't expect immediate results, but darn it DH seems so much skinnier and toned than me
I know I got a good workout from tonight's P90x video b/c I sweat a ton (sorry if thats gross) and from the heartrate moniter I burned about 530 calories so thats good..idk I just still feel pudgy like that workout sucked ![]()
