Are we still doing weight loss check ins?
I can't remember what day we were doing them and I haven't been on much lately, so I might have just missed them. Are we still doing them? I need some motivation!
Re: Are we still doing weight loss check ins?
I wanted to but it seemed like less and less gals were checking in!
We can chat! I have a mini AW! I ran for a FULL mile last night! I have NEVER ran a full mile w/o stopping! I feel WONDERFUL! I felt great last nigth and still do today!
What's got you down?
Good for you!
I just haven't ran for almost 2 weeks. The beginning of the month is always so horrible for me because work is extremely busy. I haven't gained anything back (still down 10lbs), but it still bums me out. I really want to do the dam to dam 5k and I'm losing the endurance I was working so hard to build. I also REALLY want to enjoy the pool with my kids this summer. Wearing a bathing suit has always interfered with that and I don't want to allow it to anymore. Warm weather is right around the corner and my body is no where near ready
what's your diet like? it's 80/20 80%diet 20%exercise!
if you'd rather not broadcast it, email me at Foster060609 at gmail dot com
I have no idea!
I'm still BFing so I need more calories in a day too than non nursing women.
I just bought the book Clean Eating Recharged, not all the way through it, but so far I REALLY like the principals.
Also, if you're not eating enough calories, you won't lose. even if you're eating healthy.

my read shelf:
S/o diets, a really simple one that work(ed) for me was to eat 300 calories for breakfast, 400 calories for lunch and 500 calories for dinner. Then I'd eat 2 snacks, usually a 100 calorie one between lunch and dinner, and a 200 calorie evening snack (I have to have one before bed!)
It always has seemed like plenty of food, for only 1500 calories. Obviously you want to eat healthy, and I *try* to do so, but at the end of the day when it comes to weight loss, it is just simple math - calories in and calories out. I stuck by this plan in college and ate a (lowfat) small ice cream cone at every single lunch AND dinner, and still lost weight (salads w/ low cal dressing were my friend).
Thanks!
