Just saw your listing on Facebook - it looks GREAT! I'm being 100% honest. I'm not sure on the price range and things of your area obviously, but from the photos alone you're on the right track.

Some of the houses we list we can't even put interior photos up b/c they're so cluttered. Yours is a breathe of fresh air!!

THANK YOU! i really appreciate that. we worked very hard. we did all the work ourselves too (new floors, trim, fixtures, etc.). it was fun to learn!

i had fun decorating for "staging"...i had most of the stuff and most of it was just de-cluttering....but there are some things, like new pics for the walls and some other things that were fun to just go pick up. i realized that i am sooooo slow to make decisions typically...i didn't have the ability to be slow this time. and i'm happy wiht my choices!

a lot was trash/junk we didn't need. took a bunch of stuff to goodwill. the stuff we're keeping and just don't have room for is in storage at my dad's house. there's A LOT of stuff there.

I just checked out your listing (and freaked H out... he asked why I was looking at a condo in Ohio ROFL). Your place looks amazing!! Seriously! When we put ours on the market I hope it looks a fraction as good as our does. I dont know what our dad didnt see.
