Amber teething necklaces?
Hi. Hello. I'm a visitor in these here parts.
So, my kid is teething. A friend suggested an amber teething necklace. I'm having a hard time finding info on google that isn't from someone trying to sell me one. This seems like an eco-friendly kind of thing, do any of you have any experience with this? I'd appreciate any feedback I can get.
Thank you kindly. *tips hat*
Re: Amber teething necklaces?
If you haven't already, you might want to check the Eco-Friendly Family board over on The Bump. That's where I first heard about them; the only info I know is that there are cute ones on Etsy, it shouldn't be long enough that the baby can get it into his/her mouth, and to look for one with knots between each bead so if it breaks, baby doesn't now have access to a whole pile of choking hazards.
(No personal experience with them yet...just too many years of baby fever.
