Workshop Wednesday
what projects are you working on or planning?
Zig and i are planning to rip out of dining room wall (thats at least the first project). Why, you ask? Because our roof decided to leak into my nice dining room and the wall is all icky and we'll probably have to replace all the sheetrock and insulation after we patch the flashing of the roof. Great. Lovely. Fantastic.
So no fun projects for me yet

Mel - same here. DH is the on the job hunt for jobs in Atlanta and I'm going to start looking as well, just in case I'm not able to keep my current job.
Other than job hunting, I completed my first order of wedding invitations last week. It was for a girl here at work - she loved them. Speaking of invitation....I started a FB page for my little "business" and I tried to send some of you a request to like my page....but if you haven't, would you ladies mind going on and becoming a fan of my page??! WaLa Designs.
Also - my sister got engaged yesterday!!!

We had our first party Saturday, and since then I have been frantically studying and preparing for my first lecture today!! I am somewhat excited, and would be more excited if I wasn't fighting a nasty cold. I am looking forward to lots of sleep tonight
And then more preparing, cuz I have a two hour lecture to give Monday. All fun projects are on hold for a week or so.
Congrats to your sister, Lauren!! That's awesome news... that will be your next project- wedding planning again!
Our main project is finding a new house
We got our pre-approval yesterday so now we're all set to start looking! I e-mailed our real estate agent this morning with a whole long list of houses. Can't wait!
