Tampa Ladies
Hi ladies,
DH and I are heading your way from Athens, GA on Friday for a mini-vacay/ apt search. DH has an interview with Tampa Sports Authority on Monday for an internship and it looks pretty promising that he'll be hired on. Any suggestions on apartments? We're just looking for a 2 bedroom place that allows pets (we have 2 cats & 1 dog).
We wouldn't be moving until July, but I thought I'd stop by and say hello! TIA!

This is like saying there's a needle in a haystack and you want to know the best place to look for it. Do you want to live close to his job? If so, which Sports Authority - there are several in "Tampa"? What's your price point?
My friend lives in Post Hyde Park.. it's about 10 minutes from Ray J and very nice apartments. They have a nice gym and pool as well. It's a huge complex so there are often apartments coming available at various times and their website has the list of various apartments. My friend has 2 cats so I know they allow some pets but I'm not sure of the extent.
My H and I used to rent in Grand Key in South Tampa. It is a condo complex but a ton of owners rent their condos out. It was a beautiful condo with huge walk in closets and ours was upgraded with wood floors and granite. The pool is awesome and there is an indoor basketball court. We loved living there. You have to look on craigslist or realtor.com rentals though basically since it's private owners. Good luck!
