House Maintenance Manual
Can anyone recommend a good manual or website that lists all the important home maintenance stuff, ie how often to change air filters, how long a roof lasts,etc.? We bought our home a little over 1 year ago, and I want to make sure I keep up on it to prevent any future problems.
