Protein shake is my norm, but I just bought these things called "VitaTops" and I am hooked.
What beauty product can you not live without? Probably my Urban Decay "Primer Potion" I love it and wouldn't feel right putting on eyeshadow without it.

oatmeal, or before a long run usually a bagel with peanut butter or a big bowl of wheaties.

Grapefruit & plain greek yogurt topped with agave syrup (doesn't spike blood sugar!) and granola
What beauty product can you not live without? there's a special concealer/foundation by a Swiss company called Gerta Spillman. the actual product is called "Bio-Fond" (and you can buy it on debbistewart.com)I bought it years ago from an A-list Hollywood makeup artist (Debbi), and she's one of the sole US distributors for it. It's expensive (about $75.00), but the coverage is FANTASTIC without being cakey. looks like airbrush makeup. (and the compact lasts about 6-12 months depending on how much you use)
