Re: Updates, everyone?!
Crimson - Is the kitchen remodel finished yet? How did the games go at SIL's shower?
Yeah, not done with the kitchen. My dad is going to do all the trim, and he was going to wait until a nicer day so he wouldn't have to schlep materials between the garage and the house (instead of using a saw and making a mess in the house), and the weather is not cooperating. So trim and backsplash need done yet. We have backsplash tiles purchased and waiting, but trim needs done first.
It's hard to get anything done quickly - I can't do trim and we're hiring someone for the tile. DH works 12 hr days everyday, plus 2 Sat's on, 1 off, so he's tired when he gets home. I don't blame him, but we have several projects not finished, let's go! We started the kitchen 6 mo. ago!!!!
SIL's shower is in 2 wks, so games haven't happened yet! I have to make all the materials to go with the games too, so that will be next week.
How do you remember all this?? You are beyond good!
We are doing good! Actually living with the family isn't bad at all. I am tired of picking up after my 23 yo brother but he is buying a house in the next couple months so it will be a little better.
House plans are done!
I am inlove and can't wait to actually start. It will be 3200+ sq feet plus the finished basement (which we won't do right away). B has her room picked out (just from the drawings), and she picks the biggest bedroom every time. 
lol. I am dreaming of my master bath....and my glorious kitchen with 2 island. I can't wait! Can't you tell. I will have to have a nestie GTG in about a year! 
We have met with 2 banks just to see our options and to "shop around". Since DH is doing it himself he wants a 12 month construction loan. The banker we saw yesterday was a little bit of a dousher (sp? ha). He wasn't sure how it would work since we have so much land (25 acres), but we have already made it more valuable bc we have added a pond and a drive way which really long back to where our house will be. So we are talking with someone this week that actually deals with loans and farmland and self build so hopefully he will be a little more helpful.
And hopefully we will be breaking ground before May!

Monica - How is B doing? What about A? And how are you and J?
Brody had botox and another biopsy on the 23rd of Feb and the biopsy came back normal and as of right now no need for another major surgery....YAY!!!! The botox really seems to have helped him, he is going poop like a champ (I know weird thing for a mom to brag about, but well we have had so many hospital stays, sleepless nights worrying about him not going that I have to brag now....ha!) he has also been tolerating his meds reduction for about a week and a half too! So if he continues to thrive with botox they will keep doing injections every 3-4 months. Thank you to all who have prayed for him by the way : )
Addison is amazing...she had her first practice recital and was so stage fright, I felt bad for her but am hopeful that she will do better the next time around. She loves hanging out with her BFF Addison (Kelly's girl) and is going to be turning 3 on the 21st! She is so smart and fun anymore.
J and I are doing better, the meds the dr put him on have helped tremendously and we are committed inmaking things work. We have a date night at least once a month and will be taking a romantic anniversary vacation to the Poconos next month for our 5 yr anniversay : )
And as for myself...I am barely working at the dental office since they cut my hours down, but might be getting a PT job back at my old dental office in the point. Other than that I hope to start volenteering at the hospital soon. I finally talked to someone in charge of the parent advisory commitee yesturday and they are supposed to contact me this week! : ) I really have a strong need/want to reach out to other families with special needs/ill kids. Hoping I can help out somewhere soon!
