FINALLY! One of our foster pups should get adopted this weekend..
Wow after almost two months of having them, I think we found a great home for one of them! We are meeting the fam in Portland this Sat and if they like him, they'll take him home!
It's such a relief, they keep getting bigger and our house is not equipped for them long term. Now I just need to get the other one adopted so DH won't stress so much anymore(he has been ready to "kick them out" for about 3 weeks now) and I can save some $$ on gas by not going home for lunch every day to let them out.

I know! I think with winter being so bad and the adoption fee high($375) that a lot of people just don't have the money, which I totally understand. I had 3 good applications that just didn't have the money to spend.
Thank you! It will give us a little more free time which will be nice. I totally forgot how much work two puppies were.
And that is a really good point! I think most of them just assume it's going to be low.(The cost is on the linked website, but not on each dog's profile) I try to explain that they do come up-to-date on all shots and their first vet visit is completed(which of course is the most expensive) but it doesn't always help.
I've gone no the pet board on Craigslist before and it makes me sad/angry when I see people looking for "FREE" dogs because they can't afford the fee from the shelter. ugh..
