Re: 8.9 earthquake in Japan - Tsunami waves hitting
Insanity.
DH's cousin currently lives in Okinawa on the base with her husband & baby. Thankfully they're safe from the earthquake, but still prepared for tsunamis.
Really hoping tsunamis don't cause much more harm. T&P to all.
My sister texted me and woke me up early to let us know since DH has a lot of family in Japan. He isn't sure where they're all located and his grandma (here in FL) didn't pick up the phone so we're just praying that everyone's okay. He's pretty sure they're not near the coast but we're still worried. This is just horrible. I keep staring at the phone willing Chris' grandma to call us back.
My sister is on her way to Key West for Spring Break and one of the girls in the car is Japanese and is hysterical because she can't get a hold of her family. Poor thing.
I'm definitely keeping the people of Japan, Hawaii, California, and surrounding areas in my thoughts. I really pray this doesn't get any worse...
