Lewiston/ Auburn ladies

Hey I was wondering if anybody knew of any bars or clubs that was 18+.  I am 20 and just moved up here and would like to be able to go out with my husband and have a good time.  Thanks!

Re: Lewiston/ Auburn ladies

  • I think it depends on what you are looking for.

I like Guthries but it is sort of a folky PBR type place.

If you like rowdy...I used to hang out Le Cage (hangs head).

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  I can't even imagine this!

I spent a lot of time at the Blue Goose when I first moved back here, which can be fun if you go with a group of people you know. We also like Guthrie's and Gritty's.  There really aren't many clubs.  I have never been to either, but there is Club Texas on Center Street in Auburn and Mixers in Sabattus.

  • margaritas on center street in Auburn has a pretty hoppin bar area on the weekends- you can get in under 21.

Gritty's, Pedro O'Hara's, Fuel has a really nice bar.

Ditto Guthries- it's one of my post favorite places in the L/A area.

Like Clouts and Shuga said- there really are not too many "clubs" around.

  • I don't know where you moved from but the Old Port isn't too far away and they have a good bar/club scene. I've spent my fair share of time there too.

    Oh, and ditto Margaritas.

  • Thank you! I moved here from Kansas. My husband was in the Army and now we moved back to his home state of Maine. So I'm not used to "clubs" but I figured it would get me out of the house I usually just went to bars.
  • oh there is rack em' up and schmengees which are pool halls- they are also 18 and up.

    Welcome to Maine.
