Paula Deen in B'ham
just wanted to let you ladies who are paula deen fans know that she's going to be at the books a million at brookwood mall on the 14th at 7pm signing books.
i wish i could've gone this morning..nicholas sparks was there signing books

NO WAY...that's too cool...I'm so gonna go. I used to work in the Books A Million Marketing Dept. and helped schedule all those book-signings...it was such a fun job.

I'm so bummed I didn't know Nicholas Sparks was there today!!!
I think Paula should have samples of her gooey butter cakes to hand out to all the people that go see her.
That would be good! She seems like such a fun person.
Celeste!! i was there too! DH surprised me i had no idea where we were going but it was to meet Nicholas Sparks! It was neat to hear him talk about the Nights in Rodanthe movie and now that's out. And DH remembered. We saw the commercial and he said,"isn't that the movie that guy was talking about?" I was very proud of his listening skills.
Yes! I do remember him talking about the movie. I had just finished the book, so I was excited to hear about it. Have you seen it yet? I haven't...
I also remember waiting in line for what seemed like FOREVER...lol...I'm sure Paula Deen's signing will be the same.
I haven't seen the movie yet!! DH said he stood waited while I stood in line forever and that could I please take a girl to the movie
I though Nights in Rodanthe was sooo good. Have your read the new one yet? when i went to buy it i was a day early and haven't been back to the bookstore.
