I just had this for breakfast and it is SOOO good!
Crock pot Oatmeal
2 Cups Steel Cut Oats (cannot be rolled or instant)
6 cups water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
1 cup dried cranberries
Find a bowl that will hold about 8 cups and safely fit inside your crock pot.
Place all ingredients in bowl and stir.
Fill the crock pot with water until it reaches about half way up the outside the bowl containing the ingredients. Place lid on the crock pot.
Set crock pot to cook on low for 8 hours.
WAKE UP AND SERVE.
