St. Pattys day
What's everyone doing on thursday? Any special plans?
As of right now, I've got nothing. DH will be in Long Island for work so I'll be on my own. Lame. I guess me and Papa will have to enjoy some St. Pattys cupcakes with out DH.

St Patty's is the biggest day of DH's year. He hits our local at 11:00am; it's very important for him to have the first pour off the taps.
He then proceeds to spend the day visiting with others who come and go.
Sitting in a bar watching him drink beer is not my idea of fun, so he lets me know when he's a beer away from being done and I go have a beer with him and take him home.

I usually buy beer and color it green and we will have a few at home, but since I can't drink this year, Chris might be on his own...haha!
Perhaps I'll look for some good Irish recipes to cook something special on Thursday. Anyone have any ideas?
And hanging out with Papa without cupcakes sounds like fun to me (at least I enjoy spending time with my dog, and Papa is pretty freakin' cute!) so adding in cupcakes would make it that much better! Enjoy!
