Hi there! I got married on 12/01/10 and I'm finally getting around to saying Hi to the Boston Nesties ![]()
I am originally from Orlando FL, we moved up here in 2007. We currently live in Natick, but are moving to Grafton soon. We got married in Jamaica (just the two of us) and had a reception in Central Florida, and are planning another in PA for the hubby's family & friends. Me & the hubby have been together for almost 8 years, and are ready and trying to start a family. We've made a few great friends here, but I would love to expand my social circle.
I love to cook and entertain. I love music, especially country and 80's. I love to dance, and miss going out dancing. I love to shop, although I've cut back to save $$. We like eating out at new places, and having a few beers.
I look forward to being active on this board and making new friends!
Thanks guys!
Re: Time to say Hi!
Welcome!
A wedding in Jamaica sounds amazing! Jump right in to all the posts and conversations- we love newbies around here!
I grew up in Winter Springs, then lived near downtown as an adult. There's so many things I miss about "home", especially my family and friends, but I could never move back...it's way too hot
It's funny, a lot of my girlfriends from high school all live in the cold now...Idaho, Colorado, Washington DC.....and we all wonder how us Florida girls ended up in snow
I actually love the snow, and still get excited every time. Although I have to admit, this year was brutal, and I'm trying to convince the hubby to move to the Carolinas in a few years. We'll see how that goes.
I do love living up here, there is so much to see and do, within a few hours drive. In Orlando, you could drive and drive, and still be in Florida.
We have Chik-fil-a here. There's one in the Burlington Mall, at least.
The mall chik-fil-a's are usually a little disappointing for me. I miss having them on every major street, like a McDonalds. But I guess it's better for my waistline to have to drive 30 minutes. It makes sure I REALLY want chik-fil-a
There is one in the Phesant Lane Mall in NH....and it was actually pretty good!
Do the mall chik-fil-a's serve breakfast? I miss their chiken minis (aka crack biscuits- so amazing).
I have no idea, I've never been at the mall so early! Oh, except maybe for Black Friday once or twice, but then even eating falls by the wayside for shopping
