I'm on my second week of the CSA and my second swiss chard recipe and DH still doesn't like it. This week I made it "fried" with bacon, garlic and lemon juice.
After we finished eating I looked at DH all hopeful and said, "So, what did you think this week?" And God bless him he said, 'Honey, no matter what you do I'm still gonna be able to taste the stuff so just make it however you want and I'll eat it because it's good for me." LOL
So I guess I'll just go back to olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and parmesan cheese.

This is one of my favorite ways to use chard (the one in the picture was with beet greens, but it's the same idea).
It's nice that your H is so flexible.

Ditto this. I put swiss chard in frittatas (like a quiche with no crust) and DH loves it.
DH isn't really a big soup person and now that we live in the tropics I never really "feel" like soup.
The quiche is a good idea. Maybe I'll try that next time!

Real Simple had a recipe using chard in last month's issue - Chickpeas with Chard and Pan-Roasted Tomatoes. Plum tomatoes were roasted in a skillet with a little olive oil and then transferred to a plate. The chard, some garlic, water, and S&P were added to the skillet and tossed until the chard began to wilt. Add tomatoes back to skillet, along with chickpeas and some lemon juice. Toss until heated through and then serve over brown rice.
Maybe this'll work for you since you liked it before with garlic and lemon juice!
Bacon braised chard
Everything is better with bacon.
Eggs in a Nest from Animal, Vegetable, Miracle is my go to for swiss chard.
