Met w/ REA and...
the listing should be done today. He came out on Saturday last weekend and went through comps, did a final walk through to see what all we had done, and we signed the contract. He gave us through the weekend to get the last few little items done that we wanted to. I talked to him this morning and he will have someone out this afternoon to take the pics and get the listing done. I'm guessing that by the time I get home from work tonight, there will be a for sale sign in the yard.
I'm nervous, anxious, excited, and mostly just hopeful. A lot is riding on us selling the house and it would be so awesome if this went in our favor. It isn't a requirement that we sell the house, but it would be really nice so that I can finish school & get a new job. Wish us lots of luck and keep your fingers crossed please!!

Its not terrible, but not great. They are picking up a lot of home sales and expect that around April they will have another big influx of sales, so we'll see. We're trying to stay hopeful that it happens this year.

I got home last night and the for sale sign was in the yard. Got a call from the REA this morning and he is going to take some of his agents through the house to see what we've done and have them get w/ their clients to see if they might be interested. My stomach is in knots! hehe
