Need some T&P *Updated*
So my SIL 2 years ago had a stint put in due heart disease. Her family has a history.
Ever since her and BIL flew on a plane last March for his birthday cruise, she's had ear problems, but they could never find any real cause/issue.
The last 2 weeks she's had vertigo and dizziness. She went to a neurologist and they did a Cat Scan. She has a blockage in her corroted artery. 
She is supposed to have an ultrasound today to see how bad it is (today is BIL's bday too).
As if this wasn't bad enough, we are less than 3 weeks from the cruise, which if they have to cancel will crush the kids. The docs say not to cancel yet, but if you could spare some T&P that she gets good news would be great.
Edit: Ultrasound says no blockage, but they still don't know what's causing the vertigo and dizziness, so she still has to see if they can figure that out. She's really scared about flying again with the pressure changes.

Sorry she is going through this, but why doesn't she just drive? Where are you cruising out of? Florida?
Many many t&p's her way!!!! Hope they figure it out but great that there is no blockage!!!!
We're going out of Miami. My SIL is too high maintenance to drive with BIL and the 5 kids, even if it was the better option.
I mean BIL and SIL left MIL's house after the funeral on Saturday for DH's grandpa b/c they made date night plans w/another couple. Everyone was offended. They just don't think the way normal people do.
