On the cloth diaper board what does it mean when someone is stalking, or looking to stalk?

Some brands have very very limited stock. Like Goodmama (GM), Twinkie Tushies (TT), and BuBuBeBe (B4). GM stocks on Friday, TT stocks the 15th and 30th of the month, and B4 is usually on Mondays.
You literally need to sit at your computer and refresh over and over until you see the diaper become available, then add it to your cart. It's out of control.
I like stalking on Hyena Cart because it says "2 available at 11am" or something, so you just refresh a few times at 10:59 and try to be the lucky one to snag it at 11.
GM stocks 8-10 patterns from 1-3pm-ish on Fridays on her own website. And these ladies sit at the computer hitting F5 for TWO HOURS to snag a diaper!
Oh, and people stalk for each other. Like a couple of the girls will try for every single GM every Friday, because they're in such high demand that they can find someone to buy them on the CD board within 5 minutes.
The things I learn on The Nest never cease to amaze me.
Haha, I know! Some hard to find prints sell for more than $200 in their original packaging. It's like beanie babies for moms. It's basically just a collectors type thing.
Don't get me wrong, they're nice diapers and I have a few. But they're made to be pooped in, so I don't quite understand the huge buy/sell/trade aftermarket.
ETA: There's one for sale right now, new in package, for $300.

Oh wait, I do have this: I really need to learn how to use that sewing machine sitting in my closet and get into the cloth diaper business!
Haha well you'll have plenty of babies around here to test them out on!
I don't do any of these things.
I harass LadyE to give me her DS's dipes when he outgrows them (although he is a little younger, he's a little bigger!)
