So back in October I started my weight loss journey after seeing this picture of myself... VOMIT... lol
I was suppose to go in every week for a weigh in but I never had time so I just did it by myself. I FINALLY went in yesterday and weighed in and got measured with the dedication to go every week so I can finish what I started because i'm going to Key West for 8 days at the end of May with some girlfriends and figured having someone monitoring my progress would kick my butt in gear to lose the rest.
So as of yesterday I have lost 20 lbs and 15 inches !! (Lost 25 since that awful picture lol) And here is my "after" picture... even though it really isn't an after cause i'm still going lol...

what program are you on??
I did Transformations for the first month (HCG drops and an 800 calorie diet with lots of working out) and then ever since November i've just been doing the diet and working out. I'm still going to do the diet and working out and only going every week to weigh in and get measured cause it's free and knowing someone is monitoring my process will really help.
First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...
You only eat 800 calories a day??? Holy cow, I would die!!

lol yeah I thought so too but I have found foods that keep me pretty full and I probably eat more now than I ever had because I was one of those that skipped breakfast usually. I live off baked potatoes pretty much... good thing I love anything made from potatoes lol. This is what my typical day looks like which is around 800 calories....
B: thin whole wheat bagel with fat free yogurt (or oatmeal with blueberries)
6 oz of salmon or chicken, veg (favorites are asparagus, brussells, califlower), and another baked potato (or brown rice)
S: banana
L: baked potato with molly butter, fat free cottage cheese (usually put on the potato cause it reminds me of sour cream lol), and a veg (usually a tomato cut up or sliced cucumbers)
S: I could eat another fruit and yogurt at night but usually don't eat it

okay - i'll be the jerk here...but i honestly think you look gorgeous in both pics...but you definitly look more happy in then 2nd.

Yeah I didn't really notice the difference until I came across that picture again last week going through my Hs FB... it was a pic I had detagged myself from LOL
Wendy's has the best baked potatoes... ummm now I might have to trade mine in for one from Wendys today lol

15 total... was something like 3.5 in the bust, 4 in the waist, 4 in the hips, 1.5 in the arms, 2 in the thighs. I am 2 jean sizes smaller, a size small in tops, and a bra size smaller.
