Flowers

We moved to a townhouse that has a empty spot near our window. Is there a seed or flower I can plant now and it will bloom this summer or should I just buy annuals already in bloom? TIA

It's still a bit early, but yes, there are many kinds of summer-blooming seeds and flowers you can plant now (or very soon); OR you could opt to plant summer annuals now. Either way, it's a matter of personal preference.
