Is this an old lady dress?

Thanks to Shawna for introducing me to Nordstrom Rack online.  I like this dress, but I read the reviews of it and all of the women writing them were in the upper age ranges (average age of women wearing the dress appears to be about 50).

No, it could go either way.  I can see any age wearing this dress & I think it would look nice.

I still like the other dress much better.

I think if I had not seen the other dress, I would've said no. But compared to that one (which is gorgeous), it kind of is. Is the green the only color it comes in? I think that is part of the problem- the color seems dated to me. I think you could pull it off and look great in it, but I think it's better suited for the fit 50 year old aunt of the bride.

Thanks for the honesty.  I love the other dress better too and I may still keep it.  I think I'm losing my mind b/c I just ordered this one in two sizes (since you can never rely on the size charts), which brings my current Nordtsrom dress count up to 5.  I'll get this one on Friday and take the rejects back to Nordys this weekend. 

I'll take pictures in this one on Friday and you guys can tell me if it makes me look like an old lady or not (except you, Tasha, because you'd better be in labor or have had a baby by then!)

I would have never thought of it as an old lady dress, personally. Maybe it's just the way it looks on the model, but it looks really pretty to me. IDK, I also would go ahead and wear the ivory one to a wedding so maybe I'm just clueless about dresses :P

I dont think so and if it is its for a sophisticated 40 year old MILF hahahhah I think the color changes its look too. i think its really pretty
