That is how my headaches started.
When they eventually started making me feel a little sick I cracked and would take a tylenol with a small glass of coke. At first they weren't bad but if I didn't address them at night eventually I started to wake up with them too.
Not that this will happen to you, at least I really hope not.
Re: *Shelly*
I told DH that other day that they are hormone headaches and really nothing I can do to prevent them. Tylenol does help but I hate to take it. I took some the other night before we went out and I just took some a few minutes ago. I hope these go away soon.
I know I hated to take it too, but I wanted to throw it out there for you that I did a LOT, so that you didn't worry too much. I probably stressed over it too much myself.
My Dr. told me several times not to worry about it because the ones that eventually struck during the day were interrupting work and I was at my wits end so eventually I took two in the AM with a cup of coffee and fought through the ones at night using all the other remedies I could think of.
Sending lots and lots of vibes your way. So many people I know said they didn't get headaches like that. I also did use to get sinus headaches pre- pregnancy and I think I remember reading that could be a factor to getting them during pregancy.
