I bought this from cheesemaking.com and paid about 50 bucks with S&H. I actually made great, thick yogurt! I tried the crockpot method and it was just too hard. A tip that the recipe gave me was to keep the milk at 185 degree for 15-20 minutes. Every other recipe I read did not mention this. The result was perfectly thick yogurt that did not need to be strained! So happy!!
