PSA: Mortgage refinance
DH and I closed today on the refinance of our mortgage. The attorney told us, and tried not to rub it in, that we could have gotten a fixed rate below 4% if we waited until now 
She said the crisis in Japan is affecting the market, and they expect a significant increase in refinancing inquiries over the next week. She mentioned the low rates probably wouldn't last more than 30 days, so if any of you ladies were considering a refinance, now may be a good time to lock in a rate.

We just refinanced our mortgage last week!
And we thought we were so slick, right? At least the deal was still good then.
