Looking to rent townhome/house near Downers Grove/surrounding area. Any Realtors?
Hi Everyone,
My husband and I just had our first baby last year and now we're running out of space in our current home. We're looking to rent a townhome or house near Downers Grove/surrounding area.
We prefer a 3 bedroom but would consider a 2 bedroom. We'd like to keep it under $1300/mo. if possible. Does anyone know of any places for rent nearby or any realtors that might be able to help us? We're non-smokers but do own a small, well-trained cat.

I don't know if you are in any shape to buy- but there are some deals to be had out there! There is a short sale on Washington listed at $175k.
Have you checked the townhomes that are on Warren. I know they went to auction but some of the owners may be renting them out. i know as of a couple months ago there were renters in a couple of them.
