using coupons at Walgreens

I have read about people getting really cheap diapers at Walgreens.  How is this done?  Where do you get the coupons from?  Thanks!!

Re: using coupons at Walgreens

  • FWIW, I don't have have kids and therefore generally do not buy diapers.

    But here are some links I have found.

    This guide will teach you how to use coupons at walgreens.

    This was from last week, so may be irrelevant now, but you could learn from the scenario: http://www.happycouponing.com/2011/03/14/cheap-walgreens-diapers/

     You can find coupons online, in your newspaper etc. If you aren't loyal to one brand of diapers, you may be able to find better deals than if you use only Huggies diapers, for example. I follow a coupon blog local to my area (the first one linked above). There are lots of them out there, so find one that posts diaper deals and follow along.

    Last thing...you may want to check out Amazon.com. I have purchased diapers off there for baby shower gifts and if you sign up for AmazonMom, you get a 15% discount on diapers, and if you sign up for subscribe and save, you get an additional 15% discount. You can always unsubscribe later if you want. Also, you get free shipping with this program. Some magazines also have Amazon diaper coupons in them, maybe someone else will chime in here with the names. I guess my point is, you may find better deals online.

    Here is some more info on getting diapers from Amazon.

    amazon mom will get you a few free months of prime which is free shipping on prime items. every $25 purchase in one transaction in baby store earns you another month - caps at a year.

    after the item ships, or even after confirmation of purchase, you can cancel subscribe and save.

    parents, parenting, baby talk and american baby have all had amazon diaper coupons the last few months. they are usually $10 off or 20% off. they can be stacked - one of each, not 2 $10s or 2 20%s.

    using amazon mom, subscribe and save and stacked coupons, i've gotten great prices on the jumbo boxes. my last order was 152 size 2 diapers for $2.02.

  • There is an Infant Care coupon book available at the cosmetics counter. In it is a $2 off Walgreens brand diapers. When they are BOGO $8.99, use the coupon and get $2 off EACH pack, even the free one. Making your total $4.99 for 2 packs before tax or $2.49 each! There is no limit. And these coupons can be kept to reuse, they don't expire until 12/31/11.

    I would also like to add that these are good diapers too. I was a huggies fan until I tried these. Never will I find huggies this cheap, that often.
