Can you help me decide on bedding?
I am planning on doing a mini-redo of our master bedroom and I am stumped as to which bedding I want to buy. So I appreciate your opinion!
Which do you like better? I am interested in the gray bedding.

I agree #1 is my favorite. The 2nd one makes me think of the Michilan Man:

Hmm, now the purple color of bedding number one is starting to appeal to me. Do you think I could pull off the purple color (considering I am not a teen ager and I have a husband as a roommate)? I was thinking I could paint the walls a soft gray color and maybe a chartreuse green throw pillow. Hmm, maybe even white glossy bedside table lamps. Our bedroom set is a dark ebony color with brushed silver pulls.
What do you guys think? Or should I just stay with the various shades of gray theme I was originally going for?
Ahh, I can't make a decision!!

I personally like the first one better, but it all depends on the look you're going for. The purple with the grey walls and grey accents sounds like a really nice look, but I'd maybe keep the purple as the only "bright" color and maybe nix the green throws. I think the bright green with the purple will look more teenage-ish than adult, but if you keep the purple balanced with more muted, neutral colors like greys, whites, and silvers I think it'd look gorgeous, esp with the dark furniture.

Thanks for the feedback! I asked my H this evening if he wanted an opinion about the bedding and he said no. So even though I failed to mention the bedding would be purple, I think I am going to buy the purple bedding! Ha. I know if I mention the word "purple" he will get in a tizzy but once he sees the finished room I am sure he will love it.....or at least not hate it. He is pretty indifferent when it comes to home decor.
And I think you guys are right, I should nix the green accents. Now I just got to figure the rest of the decor details out!
Thanks again
