Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ipad ? re Safari
I downloaded the Atomic web browser and deleted Safari from my ipad. Now I want it back so that I can post on the nest from the ipad and I can't find it in the app store. I tried resetting the default settings but it didn't work. Any suggestions on where I can find it? Or are there any other web browsers that you can post from?

How did you delete it? When you go into edit mode on the iPad, the pre-installed apps like Safari don't have the option to delete them (the little X at the corner of the icon). You didn't accidentally move it onto another page or into a folder, right?
Do you have a jailbroken iPad? I've heard that it's somehow possible to hide the pre-installed apps on a jailbroken iPad, but I've never used one.

I don't really remember how I deleted it but it must have been the same way as you delete other apps. I'm not too tech savy. When I do a search, Safari doesn't come up so I don't think it's hiding in a different folder. Any advice for other web browsers I can use to post?
I haven't really used any browsers besides those two.
It would be nice if the Nest just made the forums a little more cross-platform, so that we could just post from the iPad without having to fiddle around with the JavaScript settings in the first place!
