Any cute games out there that are sure to get a laugh or two and get people involved?

Tissue paper bride.   Separate into teams (usually by table and dress some sucker in wrapped bath tissue in a bridal costume.  It helps to get the party loosened by alcohol first.  

Gift bingo.  Create bingo cards with blanks where the numbers are.  Have guests fil in cards with proposed gifts.  As the bride opens her presents, markers go on the cards.  Have rewards as guests complete a line on the card

There are many versions, but the game where the groom is interviewed and the bride has to match his answers to the questions is usually a crowd pleaser because guests just get to watch. However, it doesn't work well if the bride doesn't like being put on the spot/center of attention.

The Price is Right with a tray of household items that the bride can keep. (Guests try to guess the prices)

Gift bingo is usually a HUGE hit because, again, it's not something that needs time taken away to be "played" -- it's something people can do while watching the bride open gifts (which they'd do anyway).

This may not fit your demographic, but you could give someone a pretty piece of poster (1/2 or 1/3 size) and write quotes from when the bride opens gifts.  At the end of the shower, read the quotes and say they are what the bride will say on her wedding night ("Wow, this is pretty!  I didn't think it would be this heavy!" etc).  You can give her the poster or just get rid of it.

With the right crowd, it's pretty funny.

For an intimate shower a "How well do you know the Bride" game.  You ask the bride a list of questions, give the guests this list to fill out and see who gets the most right.  You can make the answers multiple choice (we always do) 

Some ?'s are: Whats the brides middle name?  Where did bride and groom meet?  Whats the brides fav cocktail?  What is the brides fav thing about the groom?  How old is the bride?

This was one of the games we played at our engagement party. However, the questions were not multiple choice. It was really fun to see what answers people came up with.

along the same lines of the poster idea. Give each table a saying the bride may say when opening gifts (like what pp said- "pretty" "perfect", etc), give one person at each table something to pass around (this can be something small the bride can take home- can opener, wooden spoon, spatula, whatever). Each time the bride says the saying you gave to the table, the people pass the item around. Whoever has the item at the end of gifts gets to take home a center piece or some other gift.

Get it? 
So you told my table "yay, I wanted this so much" and gave me a can opener. Bride opens gift and say " I wanted this so much", I pass opener to Aunt Betty. Bride opens another gift, says it again, A' Betty passes it to cousin Jill, and so on. At the end of the gifts Aunt Ronda has the opener- she gets to take home the centerpiece or some prize you have designated for the tables (apron, candle, lotion, whatever).
