I said NO MIL!
So in the past month my MIL mentioned 2 times that I should cut my baby's hair so that we could start shaping it! The first time I said something like, "yeah I don't think so just yet." The second time I said, "No, not yet, I'm gonna wait until it gets longer." So on Saturday my H says duuring dinner, "my mom was telling me we should start cutting A hair. It would look pretty round." 
Oh you mean the way that MIL has her hair! WTF! NO NO NO NO!!!!! I looked at him and told him " I already told her "no" 2 times! Cutting and shaping my child's hair is very personal for me. I will style her hair the way I want it to look! Besides it's not like it looks bad from the back. When it starts looking ugly I will be the first one to fix it so that it looks pretty! Ugh that really made me mad!

Ugh! So annoying.
Why can't they get a clue?? My MIL has to offer her advice and opinions on everything for K. Luckily after speaking to H and he agrees with me he is willing to say something to his mom. That has helped tremendously.

Oooooh man!!! I dont know if you leave the baby with her but I'd be worried she'd take it upon herself to get her hair cut!! The only reason I say this is b/c that what my moms MIL did to her little baby (ME).
What is with MILs and hair?! My MIL still harps on my H about how much she hates that he shaves his head now. How he had such beutiful hair. UH HE WAS GOING BALD!! Seriously at 28 DH had SERIOUS male pattern baldness. I finally talked him into shaving his head. I think she says it b/c she knows its something he did for me.
OMG BMW! Don't scare me! lol Luckily she doesn't stay with her yet. But I'll make sure I tell her not to cut her hair while I'm gone. She also gives my husband a hard time about his hair...that sweet mil of mine.....
That is super annoying! It's your baby. YOUR baby!
